– The delivered service is completely different from what was promised and not fixed within 5 business days

– You delay the project by not providing feedback/content
– Services were fully delivered as agreed
– Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., design preference)
– Non-refundable items: domains, third-party tools, ad budgets, hosting

– Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days
– If approved, refunds take 5–10 days via original payment method
